All orders will be posted within 3 working days of payment being recieved. (In most cases it will be posted the same day as we are available 7 days a week and attempt to get your order out ASAP!) You will be notified by email once your order has been posted to you.

Postage is a flat rate of $8 for all over Australia. We use Australia post and registered post is an optional extra which includes up to $100 of insurance covered by Australia Post. To purchase this in your order, go to the Services and readings section of our site. For more expensive items, you may like further insurance. If you would like further insurance on your order, please email us or let us know in the checkout so we can let you know of the additional costs if need be.  We can also offer Express post at an additional charge unless the order is small enough and the $8 will cover the extra cost! If in Melbourne, Vic, special delivery services may be available, (same day, weekends etc) please email for further info.

We make every effort to describe the product as accurately as possible and we are always contactable by email should you require further information, including layby. If the product arrives damaged in anyway then the registed post should cover the insurance. If further insurance is required please advise via email. Basically, if you are not sure about an item you are buying, don't buy it until you have emailed us for further info! For this reason, returns are unlikely to be accepted.
