Crystal Love will not be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of incense or smudge stick products sold on this site. We strongly advise not to leave incense/ smudge sticks unattended whilst burning and to ensure that once you have finished with the product to make sure it has been put out correctly and it cannot start burning again. It is the purchasers responsibility to determine the safest way to use incense and smudge sticks. 

All crystal properties that are displayed on this site and on cards provided with the crystals have been sourced from books,  and our own personal experiences with the crystals. We will not claim that you will have the same benefits from these crystals also. As each crystal is unique, so is each person and we all respond to energies differently. If you feel drawn to a particular stone, it may be for another benefit the stone can offer you other than what we have written about the stone in general. 

Once an order has been confirmed, we will remove it or put a  "SOLD" with the item/s. This ensures that the item is yours.  Payment or some form of contact with us must be made within 24hrs or else the order will be deleted and stock put back online for sale. ( For more info, see checkout process)
